KALABANTE AFRICAN ACROBATS

The Kalabante African Acrobats return to Victoria for one night only at the McPherson Playhouse, July 8 at 7 :00 PM, performing breathtaking acrobatics and beautiful, exotic music from their homeland in West Africa.
 
KALABANTE is an eleven-member troupe from Guinea, West Africa featuring drumming, music, dance... and jaw-dropping acrobatics! Members of Kalabante have performed around the world in lead roles in acclaimed productions of both Cirque de Soleil and Cavalia. Their name means "the Young Rogues" and these high energy performers will blow you away with near superhuman acts of agility and strength, all set to the rhythm of the tropics.Opening guests: the Victoria Percussion Orchestra.
