TOUR OF NORTHERN BC & ALASKA May-June 2023
I just finished a sixteen-day tour of Northern BC & Alaska. It was a perfect time to visit, with fantastic weather, incredible scenery and great people. I taught and performed for over 3000 people in seven different communities, and had the chance to visit some remote areas during my downtime.
Bears were emerging & exploring downtown streets, and moose went jogging down the highway.
Highlights include: taking the 22-hour ferry from Port Hardy to Prince Rupert, seeing glaciers, leading a wild drum circle in Stewart, visiting Hyder (Alaska) and meeting Swiss man on the first leg of a bike tour from Alaska to Patagonia (we ended up being on the same ferry for the return voyage).
If you haven't been up North and do get the opportunity, I would highly recommend visiting!
